Eating nothing but pizza, yes, there’s lots of fats in the cheese and any heat-unstable vitamins won’t survive baking at high temperature (vitamin C for example).
Never eating pizza though, that would be make me (and many others) sad. So for my mental health, pizza from time to time makes me happy, and it’s part of a varied diet, so it’s not what I’m relying on for nutrition 🙂
TLDR: lots of pizza bad, bits of pizza good

      Hi Jamie,
I believe that pizza as such is not bad for health. It becomes a problem when you eat it in excess. It is a highly calorific food. It shouldn’t be consumed more than two or three times a month. For that reason eating any food item in excess is always bad.
The good thing is it provides high percentages of the total daily intake of protein, fat, saturated fat, fiber, calcium and lycopene. Never ask the restaurant people to make it double cheese 😀 😀
As I have mentioned in my profile pizza as one of my favorite food so I will never say it’s bad for health
