• Question: What hours do you have to work ? do you have to work weekends?

      Mostly I work 10-6 Monday to Friday. The odd day I work till after seven and I try to come in closer to 9am, but I don’t handle mornings well. I usually have to pop in for a couple of hours a month on a Saturday or Sunday to set up an experiment for later in the week or just to feed cells. Bank holiday weekends guarantee I’ll be in at least one day for a few hours to look after my cells.

      Hi Emma,
      I work from 9-6 PM Monday to Friday. I generally don’t work on weekends as my experiments are not that long and time consuming. I try to plan my experiments in such a way that I can complete it from Monday to Friday.
