• Question: What is your least favourite part of your job and why?

      Writing, i hate writing, i hate trying to get words out of my head and on to a computer screen. It’s tough, but I have to do it. I’d much rather spend all day talking.

      Hi Lisa,
      I would say the pressure on all scientists have to publish their work to save their job is the worst thing. Many people publish so much of crap work because of the pressure. I just hate it.

      I love the science and getting to drill boreholes and investigate in the field. I hate hate hate Admin: spreadsheets, budgets, invoices, reports…….blaaaah. Buts its gotta be done. If you have budget and money you get to decide what science gets done!
